About AIINX
We built AIINX because the gap was obvious.
MSPs were being pulled into AI conversations they weren’t equipped to deliver. Clients wanted more than tool rollouts. The market had platforms, vendors, and enablement programs — but nobody had built a proper delivery engine for MSPs who wanted to go further.
So we did.
A delivery partner, not a platform
AIINX is a AI consulting and delivery partner built specifically for MSPs.
We’re not a SaaS product. We’re not a vendor program. We’re not a generic consulting firm that happens to work with MSPs on the side.
We exist for one purpose: to give MSPs a structured, reliable way to sell and deliver custom AI services under their own brand — without the risk, the hiring overhead, or the trial and error of building it from scratch.
That means we bring:
- Consulting capability — the advisory and discovery work that turns client conversations into scoped opportunities
- Technical delivery — the architecture, build, and integration work that turns scoped opportunities into working solutions
- A partner model — structured so the MSP keeps the client, controls the margin, and grows their own capability over time
MSPs are the most trusted technology advisors most businesses have
That’s not a small thing. In a market flooded with AI noise, clients don’t know who to trust or where to start. MSPs already have the relationships. They already have the credibility. They’re the natural first call when a business wants to think seriously about AI.
The problem is that ‘serious AI’ — custom solutions, workflow redesign, real implementation — requires capability most MSPs don’t have yet. And the market hasn’t given them a good way to get it.
AIINX is the answer to that specific problem. Not a general AI company. Not a training program. A delivery engine built for the MSP commercial model, the MSP client relationship, and the MSP growth trajectory.
AI isn't a product. It's a capability.
The companies that get the most value from AI aren’t the ones who buy the most tools. They’re the ones who identify specific operational problems, apply the right AI approach to each one, and build solutions that their teams actually use.
That’s how we approach every engagement. We don’t start with technology. We start with the business problem. We work out what the right solution looks like. Then we build it — carefully, with governance built in, and with adoption built into the design.
We’re not here to sell AI enthusiasm. We’re here to deliver AI outcomes.
A few things we believe strongly
The MSP owns the client. Always.
This isn’t just a commercial arrangement. It’s a foundational principle. We don’t cross-sell to MSP clients. We don’t build direct relationships without the MSP’s explicit involvement. We don’t position ourselves as an alternative to the MSP. The client is yours — we’re there to make you better at serving them.
Delivery without governance is just risk.
AI projects that don’t account for data privacy, access controls, human oversight, and compliance aren’t just poorly managed — they’re a liability. We build governance into every engagement because it’s the right way to work, and because our MSP partners need to be able to stand behind what they deliver.
Capability transfer is part of the job.
The goal isn’t to keep MSPs dependent on AIINX forever. It’s to help them build genuine AI capability over time. We share our frameworks, our methods, and our working processes — because a stronger MSP is a better partner, and better partners build better outcomes for clients.
Simple beats clever.
The most effective AI solutions are usually the most straightforward ones. A well-scoped, well-built solution that solves a specific problem reliably is worth more than a sophisticated architecture that’s hard to adopt and harder to explain. We default to clarity — in how we build, how we document, and how we communicate.
