It also describes your rights and choices regarding your information and how we comply with applicable privacy laws and standards. We operate globally, including in Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom, and our practices are designed to meet international data protection requirements such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Australian Privacy Principles, and relevant UUSstate privacy laws. By using our website, you agree to this Privacy Policy’s collection and use of information.

No Account Registration: Please note that we do not offer user registration or login on our site, and you do not sign up for any online service directly through our website. Any personal information we collect is generally provided by you voluntarily (for example, through a contact form or email newsletter signup) or collected via cookies and analytics as you browse our site.

This might consist of details about your organization or inquiry. We will use this information to respond to your request or communicate with you as needed.

  • Analytics and Usage Data: When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with our website. This usage data may include your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, the dates/times of access, and clicks or other actions on our site. We collect this information through cookies and similar tracking technologies (explained further in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section below). This data is generally aggregated and does not directly identify you by name, but it might be considered personal data in some jurisdictions because it can relate to a unique identifier (like an IP or cookie ID).

  • Cookies and Tracking Identifiers: We use cookies and pixel tags to collect and store analytics information and to support our advertising efforts. These may capture a unique identifier or track your browsing behaviour on our site. For example, cookies might remember that you visited our site and what pages you viewed. (See Cookies and Tracking Technologies below for more details on what cookies are and how we use them.)

We do not collect sensitive personal information like passwords, payment details, or government ID numbers through our site. We also do not intentionally collect information from children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your region), and our site is not directed to children.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes ibyapplicable law:

  • To Provide and Improve Our Services: We use your information to operate our website and deliver content. • To Respond to Inquiries: If you fill out a contact form, email us, or otherwise reach out requesting information about our consulting services, we will use the personal details you provided to respond to you and provide the requested information or support. This includes using your contact information to follow up on inquiries or schedule consultations if requested.

  • For Analytics and User Experience: We analyze usage data (via third-party analytics tools listed in the Third-Party Services and Tools section) to understand how our site is used. This helps us track website traffic, see which pages or topics are most interesting, and identify usage patterns. These insights guide us in improving our website’s functionality, content, and overall user The data is typically aggregated and used in a way that does not directly identify individuals.

  • For Advertising and Marketing: We use third-party advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Reddit Ads) to promote our consulting services to a wider audience. If we run advertising campaigns, we may use cookies and pixels from these platforms on our site to measure the effectiveness of our ads (for example, to see if you contacted us after clicking an ad) and to deliver personalized ads. This is known as conversion tracking and remarketing/retargeting. For instance, if you have visited our site, you might later see an advertisement for Aiinx.ai on other websites or social media platforms. The data used for these advertising purposes typically includes cookie identifiers and browsing information; we do not share your name or email with advertisers for targeted ads without your consent.

  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: We may process and retain personal information where necessary to fulfil our legal or regulatory obligations. For example, we might keep records of communications or requests as required by law or use your data to comply with a court order or government request if applicable. We also may use information to enforce our terms of service or protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, or those of our users and clients.

  • For Security and Fraud Prevention, we may use data (including IP addresses and other technical data) to monitor for and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on our website. This helps us keep our website safe and secure. For example, we might use such data to detect multiple failed access attempts or protect against DDoS attacks.

We will only use your personal information for the purposes we collected it for (as described above) or closely related purposes. If we need to use your data for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you or obtain your consent where required by law. Where applicable law (like GDPR) requires a lawful basis for processing personal data, our legal bases include: your consent (for example, for optional cookies or receiving our newsletter), legitimate interests (such as improving our services and marketing to interested audiences in a way that does not override your rights), or performance of a contract (if you become a client or request pre-contractual information), and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing Your Information

We understand the importance of keeping your personal information private. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Service Providers and Partners: We may share personal data with trusted third-party companies that provide services on our behalf. These include technology and infrastructure providers (for example, website hosting or email service providers), analytics services, and advertising partners. We only share the information necessary for them to perform their functions, and they are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify. For instance, when we use a tool like Google Analytics to process usage data or an email service to send a newsletter to which you subscribe, those providers will handle your information under our instructions and in compliance with privacy laws.

  • Third-Party Analytics and Advertising: As detailed in the Third-Party Services and Tools section, data like cookies and usage information may be collected directly by third-party analytics and advertising networks when you use our site. These third parties (Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) may receive some information about your device or browser through their embedded technologies on our site. We ensure that such partners are reputable, provide disclosures, and obtain consent where required. (See the dedicated section below for more information on each third-party tool and what data they collect.)

  • Business Transfers: If Aiinx.ai or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. In such cases, we would ensure the new owner continues to honour the protections of this Privacy Policy or gives notice of any changes.

  • Legal Requirements and Protection: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests (such as a subpoena, court order, or government demand). We may also share information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or property, enforce our site terms and policies, protect your safety or the safety of others, or investigate fraud or security issues.

  • With Your Consent: We will share your information with a third party only if you explicitly ask us to or consent to such sharing. For example, if you ask for an introduction to a partner firm or sign up for a co-sponsored event, we might share your contact information as needed with your permission.

Aside from the above, any aggregated or de-identified information (which cannot reasonably identify you personally) may be shared freely since it is not personal data. For instance, we might publish trends or usage statistics that do not contain any personal details.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Like most websites, Aiinx.ai uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, analyze website traffic, and support our marketing efforts. This section explains what these technologies are and how we use them:

What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or device when visiting a website. They allow the website to recognise your device and store certain information about your preferences or past actions. Cookies can be “session cookies” (which are deleted when you close yo”r browser) or “persistent cookies” (which remain on your device for a “set period or unt”l you delete them). Other similar technologies include web beacons (small graphic images in emails or on web pages) and pixels or script tags that track your actions.

How We Use Cookies:
We use cookies and related technologies for several purposes, including:

  • Essential Cookies: Some cookies are necessary for the website to function correctly or to provide the features you request. For example, if our site had multi-page forms or language settings, essential cookies might be used to remember your inputs or preferences as you navigate. (Since our site does not have login accounts, we use minimal essential cookies.)

  • Analytics Cookies: We use analytics cookies to collect information about how visitors use our site. For example, cookies deployed by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Mojo Analytics help us count visitors, see which pages are visited, and understand user interactions (like clicks, scrolling, and time spent on pages). The information collected via these cookies is aggregated and anonymous (e.g., it doesn’t store your name or email). Still, it does iidentify your browser and device, and it may include your IP address (which can be considered personal data in some cases). This helps us generate reports and improve the website. We describe these tools in detail in the Third-Party Services and Tools section.

  • Advertising and Tracking Cookies: We allow certain advertising partners to set cookies or pixels on our site to assist with marketing campaigns. These cookies enable features like conversion tracking (to see if you act on our site after clicking one of our ads) and remarketing (to show you our ads on other websites or social platforms based on your past interaction with our site). For instance, the Facebook Pixel and Reddit Pixel track when you visit our site and may associate that visit with a user profile on those platforms to help us target ads. Google Ads cookies may be tracked if you fill out our contact form after arriving via a Google ad. These cookies typically collect information such as which pages you visited, that you filled a form or performed an action, your IP address, and possibly device identifiers. They do not reveal personal contact information but help build a profile of your interests to show relevant ads.

Your Choices for Cookies:
When you first visit our site, you may see a notification or banner about cookies (if required by your jurisdiction). You can choose whether to accept non-essential cookies. Even if you take, you always have the option to control cookies:

  • Browser Settings: Most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. You can typically find options to block all cookies or cookies from specific sites and clear cookies when you close your browser. Please note that if you turn off all cookies, some features of our site (and others) may not function as intended.

  • Third-Party Opt-Out: For analytics cookies like Google Analytics, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on your visits. For advertising cookies, many of our partners offer their opt-out mechanisms (for example, Google’s Ads Settings page allows you to opt out of peGoogle’s ads on Google services). You can also visit industry opt-out sites such as the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page or Your Online Choices (EDAA) page (for EU users) to opt out of many advertising cookies from participating companies. Remember that opting out of ad cookies does not mean you will no longer see ads; they will be less tailored to your interests.

  • Do Not Track: Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that lets you tell websites”s you do not”want to be tracked across sites. No universal standard exists for companies to recognise or respond to DNT signals. As such, our site may not respond to DNT headers, but we do adhere to the privacy practices described in this policy. You can still manage cookies as described above.

By continuing to use our site with cookies enabled in your browser, you consent to our use of cookies and similar technologies as described. See the next section for more detailed information on the specific cookies and tracking technologies we use.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The retention periods can vary depending on the type of data and the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Contact Information: If you provide us with your name, email, or other contact details (for example, when you send an inquiry or request a consultation), we will retain that information for as long as is needed to respond to your request and carry out our relationship with you. For instance, if you become a client, we may retain your contact information throughout the business relationship and for an appropriate time thereafter (e.g. for our records or to comply with legal/tax requirements). Suppose you do not become a client, and it was a one-time inquiry. In that case, we may delete or anonymize your information after a reasonable period once your inquiry has been addressed. We periodically review the contact information we hold and delete data that no longer needs to be deleted.

  • Analytics Data: Analytics and usage data collected via cookies and third-party tools may be stored in aggregated form indefinitely for statistical purposes. However, data associated with identifiers (like IP addresses or cookie IDs) is typically retained only as long as necessary for analysis. For example, Google Analytics data is often retained for a set period (such as 14 months or as configured in our account) before being automatically deleted. We do not personally identify users from analytics data, and in many cases, we use settings that truncate or anonymize data (such as IP anonymization in Google Analytics, where applicable).

  • Advertising Data: Information collected through advertising cookies/pixels (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, Reddit Pixel) will be retained according to the policies of those platforms. Typically, these platforms define how long a cookie or pixel data stays active (for example, a cookie may expire after 30 days or a few months). We do not individually store this data on our systems beyond what the third-party platform provides to us in reports. If you have opted out of our marketing or advertising tracking, we will stop collecting further data from your visits for those purposes.

  • Legal Compliance and Disputes: In some cases, we may need to retain certain information for longer periods if required by law. For instance, if a law requires us to keep records of transactions or communications for a certain time to anticipate a potential legal dispute, we will retain the necessary data until it is no longer needed for that purpose. We also keep backup copies of our website data for security reasons; those backups are retained for a limited time and are protected.

Once the retention period expires or the purpose of processing has been achieved, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information. When we delete data, we ensure it cannot be reconstructed or read. If complete deletion is not immediately feasible (for example, it’s stored in backups), we will ensure that the data is not actively used until it can be erased.

Your Data Protection Rights

You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, depending on your location and the applicable privacy laws. Aiinx.ai is committed to respecting these rights and has processes to help you exercise them. These rights may include:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and obtain information about how we process it. We will provide you with a summary of the data we have about you and details on how it is used and who it is shared with, subject to any legal limitations.

  • Right to Rectification: If your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you can ask us to correct or update it. We encourage you to contact us to keep your information up-to-date.

  • Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your data, also known as the “right to be forgotten”. This is not an absolute right”,  but we willhonour u”h requests if the data is no longer needed for the purposes it was collecte , or if you withdraw consent (where applicable) and we have no other legal basis to keep it. Note that certain data we must keep by law (e.g. for financial record-keeping or legal compliance) might not be deletable until after the required period.

  • Right to Restrict Processing: You can ask us to restrict or suspend the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. For example, if you contest the accuracy of your data or object to our processing, we will consider requests to limit our use of your data while we address your concern.

  • Right to Object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information when we are doing so under a legitimate interest basis or for direct marketing purposes. For instance, you can object at any time to process your data for advertising/marketing, and we will stop using your data for that purpose. If you object to certain analytics tracking, you can adjust your cookie preferences as described above.

  • Right to Data Portability: In certain situations, you have the right to obtain your data from us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to have that data transmitted to another controller. This typically applies to data you provided to us directly and that we process by automated means, where the processing is based on your consent or a contract with you.

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: If we rely on your consent to process any personal information (such as consent for optional marketing emails or certain cookies), you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. For example, if you subscribe to a newsletter, you can unsubscribe anytime, and we will stop sending it. If you consented to analytics cookies, you can clear your cookies or use our cookie settings to withdraw that consent.

  • Right Not to be Subject to Automated Decisions: We do not currently make any decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing (without human involvement). However, if that changes, you would have the right to not to be subject to such decisions without your consent or an opportunity for human review.

  • California Privacy Rights (for users where applicable): While our focus is global, if you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA. These include the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the right to know the sources and third parties involved, the right to request deletion of your data, and the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data (as defined “y Ca”ifor”  I inlaw)” We do not sell personal information for monetary value; however, the use of advertising cookies could be considered a “sharing” of data for targeted advertising purposes unde” Califo”nia law. California residents can contact us to exercise any applicable rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

  • Australian Privacy Rights: If you are in Australia, you have a right to access the personal information we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccurate information, which aligns with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you have any concerns about how we handle your data, please get in touch with us so we can address them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Act.

To exercise any of your rights or make a privacy-related request, please Contact Us using the details provided at the end of this policy. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (for example, to ensure we don’t disclose your data to someone else). We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by law (for instance, within one month for GDPR requests, or as required by CCPA for California). If we cannot fulfil your request for a specific reason (such as a legal requirement or an exemption), we will explain that in our response.

Additionally, if you believe we have not addressed your concerns adequately, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For EU/EEA residents, this could be your local Data Protection Authority; for UK residents, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); and for Australian residentCommissioner’se would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns first, so we encourage you to reach out to us directly with any issues.

International Data Transfers

Aiinx.ai operates globally, and the personal information we collect may be transferred to and stored on servers in multiple countries, including Australia, the United States, and possibly other jurisdictions. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, your information may be transferred to a country with privacy laws different from those of your home jurisdiction.

Specifically, our website is likely hosted in [Australia/UUS* (and/or other locations), and many of our third-party service providers (like Google, Microsoft, Facebook, etc.) are based in the United States. When we collect your data, it may be processed in these countries. We are committed to protecting your information when it is transferred across borders. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for international transfers as required by the GDPR and UK data protection laws. These safeguards may include:

  • European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses: We may rely on standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the EU Commission (and UK Addendum, if applicable) in contracts with our service providers to ensure that they protect EU personal data according to EU standards, even when the data is transferred overseas.

  • Adequacy Decisions: Where applicable, we may transfer data to countries that have been deemed “adequate” by the European Commission (meaning they provide a com”arable level of data protection). (For instance, as of the date of this policy, the EU has recognized certain countries like the UK, Canada, and others as providing adequate protection. The United States is not broadly considered sufficient, but transfer mechanisms like SCCs or the newer EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified companies cover transfers to companies in the UUSmayt and Necessary Transfers: In some cases, we may rely on your explicit consent for cross-border data transfers, or the transfer may be necessary for the performance of a contract with you (e.g., if you are a client outside our home country and we need to send you information). Third-Party Services and Tools

We utilize several third-party services for analytics, user experience insights, and advertising. These tools help us understand how our site is used and help us reach people who might be interested in our services. Below is a list of the third-party tools we use, what they do, and how they handle data:

  • Google Analytics: Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google. We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to track data such as your IP address, browser, and pages visited. Google then aggregates this data to provide us with reports and insights (for example, overall website traffic, popular pages, referrers, etc.). This information helps us improve our website’s content and performance. We have configured Gowebsite ‘sytics to comply with privacy best practices (which may include IP anonymization for EEA users). Google may also use the collected data for its purposes (by Google’s Privacy Policy), but we do not receive personal google ‘sifting information through Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. For more details on how Google uses data from sites like ours, you can read Google’s explanation in “How Google uses information from Google’sapps that use”our services.”

  • Microsoft Clarity: Microsoft Clarity is an analytics a”d user behaviour tool by Microsoft. We use Clarity to gain additional insights into how users interact with our website. Clarity may record anonymized information about your session on our site, including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling, pages viewed (sometimes called session replays), and generate mapsegated user behaviour. This helps us understand which parts of our pages are engaging or where users might encounter issues. Clarity uses cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data. Personal information is typically anonymized or obscured in recordings (for example, it should mask password fields or personal data you might type). Microsoft may receive this usage data to analyse and improve the Clarity service. All data collected via Clarity is subject to Microsoft’s Privacy Statement. If you want to learn moreMicrosoft’sisit Microsoft’s website for details on Clarity’s privacy ppraMicrosoftcan opt out of CClarity’scookies or script (through browser settings or extensions),. However ,this may limit our understanding of your experience.

  • Mojo Analytics: Mojo Analytics is a tool we use for website analytics and performance tracking (similar in purpose to Google Analytics). It helps us gather data on site traffic, user behaviour, and marketing campaign effectiveness. Mojo Analytics may use cookies or other tracking scripts to collect data such as page response times, referral sources, and user interactions on the site. The information collected through Mojo Analytics generates reports and insights that guide our business decisions and website optimizations. We treat the data from Mojo Analytics as we do other analytics data – focusing on aggregated trends rather than individual user information. Any personal data incidental to this analytics process is handled according to this Privacy Policy and, if shared with the Mojo Analytics platform, is protected under their privacy practices. If you wish to opt out of Mojo Analytics tracking, In that case, you can turn off cookies as described in the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section, limi limitings tool’s ability to collect data on yduringr visit.

  • Google Adstool’sle Ads Conversion Tracking and Remarketing): We advertise our services on Google’s advertising network (Google Ads). Our site may be GGoogleGoogle Ads conversion tracking – a tool that sets a cookie or uses a tracking pixel to inform us if you reached our site via one of our Google ads and then took a specific action (such as filling out a contact form). This helps us measure the effectiveness of our ads. We may also use Google Ads Remarketing cookies, which record that you visited our site and enable Google to show you our ads on other websites later (this is based on your interests or past activity on our site). The information Google collects through these ad cookies may include your browser information, unique Google advertising ID, and pages you visited on our site. We do not see personal identifiers – only aggregated ad performance data (like how many users filled out the form after clicking an ad). Google may use the data it collects for its ad personalization purposes in line with its privacy policy. You can opt out of Google’s personalized advertising by adjusting your Settings or using the industry opt-outs mentioned earlier (NAI, etc.). Google also allows EU/UK users to turn off personalized ads entirely. For more information, refer to Google’s policies on advertising and privacy.

  • Facebook Google Pixel): We use Facebook Ads to reach audiences on Facebook and Instagram. Our site includes the Facebook Pixel, aece of code provided by Meta (Facebook’s parent company). The Facebook Pixel tracks comments yyour commentste (such as visiting a page or clicking a button) and reports that back to Facebook. This helps us in two ways: conversion tracking (for example, we can see if a Facebook ad led to a consultation request on our site) and audience building/retargeting (to create custom audiences for future ads, such as showing ads to people who visited our site but didn’t contact us). The data collected through the Pixeldidn’tnclude your device information, Facebook User ID (if you are logged into Facebook while browsing), and the URL and content you viewed on our site. Facebook uses this data to match website visitors with Facebook users, enabling ad targeting and analytics for us. We do not receive personal data like your name from Facebook Pixel reports (e.g., “20 people who clicked the ad visited the pricing page”)” Facebook retains and processes this data under their”Data Policy. You can control whether Facebook and its partners can show targeted ads through your privacy settings (look for Ad Preferences). You can also opt out of Facebook Pixel tracking using browser tools to block trackers or industry opt-out websites. Additionally, if you use Facebook, you can use the “Off-Facebook Activity” tool to see and manage data Face” ook collects from other websites and apps.

  • Reddit Ads (Reddit Pixel): We may run advertising campaigns on Reddit’s advertising platform to reach users interested in Rin services. Our website might include the Reddit Pixel, which works similarly to the Facebook Pixel. It tracks user events on our site (for instance, a page view or a form submission) after a user clicks or views our Reddit ads. This allows us to measure conversions (did our Reddit ad lead to a desired action?) and to refine our audience targeting on Reddit (possibly showing follow-up ads to those who visited our site). The Reddit Pixel may collect data such as page URL, timestamp, and a cookie or device identifier that can be matched to a Reddit user. Reddit provides us with aggregated information about ad performance. We do not get the personal details of individual Reddit users. Data collected through the Reddit Pixel is handled according to Reddit’s Privacy Policy. Reddit users can adjust their pReddit’settings on Reddit to control personalized ads, and non-users or users alike can also opt out of certain tracking via the methods mentioned previously (like clearing cookies or using DNT settings).

Please note that all these third-party services have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Meta, Reddit, and any other third-party service we use, to understand how they process your data. We strive to only work with reputable providers with strong privacy and security standards. If these tools are not in use at any given time, this section will be updated accordingly. Also, if we add new analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will reflect that in this Privacy Policy.

If you have concerns about any specific third-party tool or wish to opt out of it, refer to the Cookies and Tracking Technologies section for general opt-out methods, or contact us for assistance.
